How the Week Works
This is a weekly schedule maker, not a date calculator. The grid is undated: it shows the seven days of one week by name, from Saturday to Friday by default, and it is not tied to any calendar date. That is deliberate. The same week plan can be reused for any week of the year without changing dates, and the Saturday-first order matches how many people plan their week, with Monday and Sunday starts available for everyone else.
Each block covers hours inside one day. A block has a start time, an end time, and an activity name. Blocks on the same day are shown in time order, earliest first, so the day reads top to bottom like a real timetable.
Presets Explained
Office day fills Monday to Friday with office work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and a lunch break from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. Friday evening adds dinner with friends, and the weekend is work-free: Saturday has exercise, errands and shopping, and family and friends time, while Sunday has brunch and family time plus rest and TV. It is a starting point: edit the times or swap days to match your real working hours.
College day fills Monday to Friday with class blocks for Mathematics, English, Science, and History, plus a lunch break, and Saturday with homework and revision plus sports and friends in the afternoon. Change the subjects to match your own timetable.
Shop hours fills Monday to Saturday with shop open time from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM and a lunch break from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Sunday hours are shorter, from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with the same lunch break, because Sunday is a quieter retail day. Adjust opening and closing times per day as needed.
Gym and meals fills every day with a gym workout, breakfast, lunch, an evening walk, and dinner. It is a routine frame, not a fitness plan: move or rename the blocks to fit your day.
Print, Share, and Excel
Download PDF gives you a real PDF file of the full week, with the day blocks in order and your checklist included when you have one. The file is named DateNook-Weekly-Schedule.pdf.
Download Excel gives you a real .xlsx spreadsheet of the same week, one row per block, plus the checklist when you have one. The spreadsheet library loads only when you click the button, so the page stays fast. If that library cannot load, a CSV file is downloaded instead, and the page tells you so. A CSV file opens in Excel too.
Share builds a link that holds your whole schedule, including the week start and every custom block. Open that link in a fresh tab and the same schedule appears. The share menu also posts the link to Facebook, X, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, or Telegram, or copies it for pasting anywhere.
Everything runs in your browser. No account, no sign-up, and your schedule is never sent to our servers.
Travel Trip and Full Day Routine
Travel trip fills the week with a trip frame: breakfast, travel to the destination, sightseeing, lunch, explore and activities, rest and photos, shopping or a local walk, dinner, and the evening night stay. Edit any day to match your real trip.
Full day routine fills every day from wake up to bedtime: sleep, wake up and freshen up, exercise, breakfast, get ready, lunch, self-improvement, friends time, family time with parents, dinner, a fixed screen time slot for mobile, TV or laptop, night planning, and bedtime wind-down. Work or college blocks run Monday to Friday only, so the weekend keeps the personal routine without work. Every hour of the 24-hour day has a name, and every block can be edited to your own times.
